With 2019 on the horizon, it is time to start developing plans to make it as memorable as possible. Here are some activities choicely picked out for the free spirits and adrenaline junkies.

Scuba in Cuba

Any scuba diving buff will be aware of places such as –Jardinesde la Reina, Maria la Gorda or the Bay of Pigs. All of these scuba diving spots are considered to be some of the best in the world. What’s more exciting is the fact that they all belong to the Caribbean wonderland of Cuba. Home to countless remarkable diving spots, Cuba’s coral reefs have been remarkably well-looked-after making it one of the finest places to go on a scuba diving holiday. The Punta Frances, set along Cuba’s mythical “pirate’s shore” is another such brilliant spot for scuba diving. Visitors are highly likely to spot rare animals such as hawksbill, sea turtles and manatees. Scuba diving in Cuba offers visitors the chance to witness some of the world’s best underwater gems and since most of them are government protected zones with fishing/hunting being strictly prohibited, the aquatic life on the island is simply amazing.

Paragliding in New Zealand

Queenstown in New Zealand is aptly nicknamed the “Adventure Capital” of the country. One of the main attractions of New Zealand is paragliding. One can choose to soar above the rocky seaside land of Auckland’s Waitakere Ranges or get a bird’s eye view of the Nelson seashore, which is also one of the brightest areas of the country. The options for paragliding apart from Queenstown are aplenty. All of these places have guided tours which make the country of New Zealand ideal for first-timers to try out this exciting activity.

France

Renting a bike and pedaling across the stunning conurbations and settlements of France is a tremendous way to explore the historic country of France, a country known for offering low-priced travel arrangements and exquisite food and drinks – the ideal scenario for a tourist in 2019. Explore momentous fortresses, for instance, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de la Treille or relish historic Roman theatres at Theatre Antique d’Orange – the possibilities are aplenty for someone cycling their way around the country! Here are six of the best Loire Valley castles to include on your itinerary.

Exploring Amazon Rainforest

The Amazon Rainforests stretch across several countries, but Peru’s enormous stretch of Amazon rainforests is a great place to start exploring the amazingly diverse rainforests. Peru’s finest Amazon reserves offer several species of native and rare flora and fauna. The Manu Biosphere Reserve in Peru has been dubbed the ‘mecca’ for environment lovers. Quests through these sheltered areas offer regular sightings of rare animals – anacondas, jaguars, sloths, chimpanzees, etc. all freely wandering around the forests. It is also a very spiritual area, and you can go on a spiritual journey at an Ayahuasca retreat. However you choose to spend your time in the Amazon rainforest, it will certainly be a life changing experience.

Swimming in Palau

Palau in the Western Pacific Ocean offers an exclusive experience – swimming unscathed with groups of jellyfishes in the celebrated Jellyfish Lake. The groups of anodyne jellyfish nevertheless, are not the solitary attraction of the Micronesian island of Palau – the extremely shallow and vibrant coral reefs of the region make it ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving as well.

With 2019 knocking at the door, it is time to start planning to visit these amazing places!
