After having rested up at the lovely Graskop Hotel in, er, Graskop and driven along the Escarpment taking in some of the many stunning views along the way – see above – it was time to turn the Kia around and head for Swaziland.

As mentioned in the previous instalment, while at the Graskop I’d decided to include the kingdom in my itinerary on my way to the Drakensburg mountains.

All that remained was rather a lot of road…’
